Ceremony starts at 11am
If taking a Lyft or Uber, we suggest being dropped off at the Blue Heron Boat House. There are a few parking spots in the lot there with much more parking along Blue Heron Lake Drive. There are public restrooms at the parking lot of the boathouse.
LOOK FOR THE PEOPLE WITH WHITE PARASOLS! They will direct you to the path that leads to the ceremony. It’s an easy 3-minute walk to the meadow.
For public transit enthusiasts, check out this map that includes stop locations for both muni and the free GGP shuttle. Note that the shuttle starts at noon on Fridays and runs every 20 minutes — a great option to explore other parts of the park after the ceremony!
WEATHER...
So far it’s looking like it will be a beautiful day on May 23 with highs around 65 degrees. However, it’s always possible it could be a little foggy or breezy which would bring the “feels like” temp into the low 60s. We recommend bringing an extra layer for the ceremony just in case!
FOOTWEAR...
We’ll be in a grass meadow for the ceremony. The grass is mowed but can sometimes be a little dewy in the mornings. Super pointy high heels are not recommended, but feel free to whip those out for the reception!

Reception details:
Doors open at 5pm
Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, live music, dinner, dancing! Be ready to party!!!!
Street parking is limited.
Saturday in the park:
We will be gathering at Fort Mason Park on Saturday from 1pm to 4pm.
It will likely be sunny, but cool and breezy — make sure to bring layers as the air coming from the Bay tends to make things feel much cooler!
BYOB! We will have pizza from one of our favorite bakeries, Arizmendi.

The closest airport is San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
We recommend guests use rideshare or public transit to get around SF. You likely won’t need a rental car unless you are planning your own adventure or have a lot of accessories (children, instruments, etc).
